Last Saturday Austin had his firs Tball game. He was so excited! The team looked so cute in their uniforms all lined up in the dugout.
He looks so serious here! I guess he is getting his mind in the game.

Running home. He had a hard time remembering what to do at first after he hit the ball, but he started to get the hang of it. There is no keeping score or outs in tball. Everyone take a turn batting and running the bases. They always get to stay on first, even if the ball makes it there before they do. It is more fun this way and gives them great practice!
Austin LOVES the helmet with the face mask. He only got to wear it once since it was always out when he went up to bat. My dad decided he needed his own and bought him his very own batting helmet, face mask and all!

Austin was so proud of himself after the game (as were his parents.) He was the most excited about the snack afterwards! Yay for goldfish! Go CUBS!
