We started off our Christmas celebration with sugar cookies for Santa. Austin LOVES to make cookies (well cook in general) so he couldn't wait to help me make cookies. He loved rolling out the dough and stamping the cookie cutters into the dough.
After we finished cookies we headed to our Christmas Eve candlelight church service. It was beautiful as always.
When we got home we sprinkled our reindeer food on the lawn to make sure that the reindeer's were fed!
Christmas morning came and the craziness began! We waited to put any presents under the tree until after Austin went to bed Christmas Eve. When we got him up, he looked out his window and asked if Santa was here. It was so cute! Then as he walked downstairs and saw the tree and all the presents, he said "OH WOW!" That was great! Best reaction EVER!

We had the boys "open" their stockings and we opened the presents to the boys from Mommy and Daddy. Here is Daddy and Asher opening his very first Christmas present EVER!

Then Daddy opened his present from the boys. They got him a book filled with pictures of them with their Daddy!
Once we had some special family time, we skyped- my family in California so they could share Christmas morning with us! I have to say it was the second best thing other than them being with us! They got to watch Austin open all of their presents to him and Asher. The big present was the kitchen. Remember how before I said how much he liked to cook? Well needless to say the kitchen was a HUGE hit!

The family was coming over for breakfast so Carrie brought over fresh country sausage, biscuits and orange juice and Linda was bringing sugar cake! Breakfast was so YUMMY!!!!

After breakfast and the morning craziness was over, we went over to Nana and Papa's for linner. You know, that not quite lunch not quite dinner meal?
Asher is trying to grow up way too fast!

Many months ago when we went to Tweetsie Railroad, Linda bought these super cute jammies for the boys. Since it was so long ago, we totally forgot about them. So, Christmas night we put them on the boys and took WAY too many pictures!
